Medical treatment, as it stands now, is a costly affair. People with chronic diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Ailments, Kidney Diseases, etc have recurring expenditure for their regular medicines & investigations. For underprivileged people it becomes a big drain on their limited resources. To assist such patients, the Trust has a Medical Relief scheme whereby.
The Trust undertakes to provide monetary aid to patients suffering from chronic illness such as cancer, heart problems, hypertension, kidney failure and many more. The Trust goes through a process of accepting applications from such patients, analyzing the facts of the need and distribution of monetary aid directly to the medical institution on behalf of the patient. Trust reimburses medicine purchase expenses for such chronic diseases. The financial assistance is decided by needs of the patient & available resources. This project also covers provision of one time monetary aid to patients for certain major surgeries.
